Headquartered in Singapore, Craftsman Tech is a group of gaming enthusiasts and engineers that embrace inclusion, diversity and builder-community in our culture. The company is backed by some of the most prominent tech VCs in the world (including key investors of Meta, Twitter, Snap, Slack, etc.), with >US$100mil funding raised.

GPark Community Guideline

GPark serves as a dynamic platform, empowering users, creators, and builders to connect and unleash creativity beyond physical limits. Our aspiration is to cultivate a thriving community, fostering creativity, free expression, and meaningful connections through the potent combination of play and accessibility to the metaverse.

However, in prioritizing a secure environment for our community, we uphold stringent boundaries. Content or conduct that compromises the safety of fellow users is not tolerated at GPark.

Our Community Guidelines extend to all facets of our platform, encompassing IDs, bios, handles, hashtags, comments, feed, posts, live streams, video content (including descriptions), Crews, Studio items, Booth, World, and any other GPark product or feature. External links directing users to other sites or forms are also subject to these guidelines.

Commitment to transparency, fairness, and firm enforcement underscores our approach to Community Guidelines. Our principles, rooted in safety, inclusion, diversity, dignity, and creativity, guide key policy areas:

Ensuring the safety of minors is a paramount concern for GPark. Violating our guidelines on minor safety constitutes one of the gravest offenses within the GPark community. GPark unequivocally prohibits any sexual, suggestive, or abusive content involving individuals under the age of 18, or anyone appearing to be a minor, including digitally-created GPark avatars.

We take immediate and permanent action, including banning accounts, against those involved in Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Instances of such violations are promptly reported to relevant authorities. Furthermore, we extend our scrutiny to off-platform behaviors, considering credible evidence of harmful conduct towards minors.

In line with these commitments, we emphasize what not to do on our platform:

Do not:

• Do not post, share, or solicit content, including animated or digitally-created media, depicting abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.
• Do not sexualize minors in any manner or glorify or normalize pedophilia.
• Do not engage or attempt to engage in sexually explicit conversations with minors.
• Do not lead minors off-platform or request personal information from them.
• Do not partake in predatory conduct or grooming behaviors.
• Do not share, post, or request links to third-party sites hosting child sexual exploitation material.
• Do not share content depicting cyberbullying or harassment involving minors in an insensitive or mocking tone.
• Do not share content encouraging dangerous acts and pranks involving minors that could lead to physical, mental, or emotional harm.
• Do not depict, promote, normalize, or glorify underage consumption and possession of regulated goods (e.g., alcohol, drugs, vapes, tobacco).

Sexual Activities and Nudity

Creating a respectful, inclusive, and secure environment for our community is of utmost importance to us. Consequently, we have established guidelines regarding Sexual Activities and Nudity on our platform:

Sexual Exploitation and Abuse:

• Content that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, or sex trafficking is strictly prohibited.
• Immediate and permanent account bans will be enforced for posting or sharing non-consensual intimate media.

Nudity and Adult Sexual Activities:

• Posting pornographic, mature, explicit, and sexually suggestive content is not allowed.
• Exceptions for nudity may be considered for artistic, educational, and medical content on a case-by-case basis.

Do not:

• Post or share non-consensual sexual acts and non-consensual intimate media.
• Post content that promotes, normalizes, or glorifies sexual violence.
• Post adult nudity.
• Post adult sexual solicitation.
• Post explicit or implied depictions of sexual activity or nudity for the purpose of sexual gratification.
• Post animated or illustrated pornography, sex acts, or fetish content.
• Engage in sexually explicit content or behaviors within platform features, including those involving GPark avatars.
• Share or request links to third-party sites hosting pornographic content.

By adhering to these guidelines, our community contributes to fostering a positive and safe experience for all users on our platform.

Suicide or Self-harm

The well-being of every member of our community is a matter of deep concern for us at GPark, encompassing users, creators, and builders alike. Recognizing the significance of mental health awareness, we acknowledge that sharing experiences related to contemplating self-harm can be a means of seeking support.

However, we are acutely aware of the potential impact that content on suicide or self-harm may have on those who encounter it. Therefore, we exercise caution and limit content that could inadvertently encourage such behaviors.

For clarity, we define suicide as the act of taking one's life, and self-harm includes acts of self-injury and eating disorders. Our guidelines expressly prohibit content that depicts, encourages, routinizes, or glorifies behaviors that may lead to suicide, self-harm, or disability. This encompasses graphic images or digital depictions of self-harm, as well as sensitive or hurtful content targeting individuals who have experienced suicide, self-harm, or are survivors.

In instances where individuals are grappling with suicidal thoughts or self-harm, or if you are aware of someone in such a situation, we strongly recommend immediate contact with local emergency services or a suicide prevention organization. Our commitment extends to alerting local emergency services when we identify credible and immediate threats of suicide or self-harm. Moreover, upon awareness of users contemplating these issues, we may direct them to our Crisis Resources page.

Do not:

• Promote, glorify, or normalize suicide or self-harm.
• Provide instructions on suicide or self-harm.
• Post graphic content or descriptions of suicide or self-harm.

By adhering to these guidelines, we collectively contribute to maintaining a supportive and considerate environment within our community.

Violence

Creating a welcoming and secure environment is a top priority for our community at GPark, and as such, we strictly prohibit threats and incitement of violence to prevent real-world harm. Additionally, we do not allow the dissemination of gore or graphic content that may shock or disgust viewers.

Threats of Violence and Violent Conduct:

• GPark unequivocally prohibits threats, incitement, or glorification of violence or violent conduct. Content or behaviors that pose harm or threaten the safety of others are strictly forbidden.
• In instances where credible threats of violence with the potential for real-world harm are identified, we may take the necessary step of alerting law enforcement agencies.

Violent, Sensitive, and Graphic Content:

• Our platform does not permit content that is excessively gory, offensive, or violent, featuring elements of shock, cruelty, extreme violence, serious abuse, or harassment.

Do not:

• Threaten to kill, seriously hurt, or assault others.
• Incite or coordinate violence against people or property.
• Glorify, promote, condone, or express support for violent crimes, events, or acts.
• Post or share graphic or gory content with the intention of shocking or disgusting others, including instances of animal abuse, human torture, injuries, or death.

By adhering to these guidelines, our community actively contributes to the maintenance of a positive and secure space for everyone on the GPark platform.

Dangerous Activities and Dangerous Organizations

The safety of our community, both on and off our platform, is of utmost importance at GPark. Consequently, we strictly prohibit content that promotes dangerous acts, extremist ideologies, and organizations.

Dangerous Acts and Challenges:

• GPark does not permit content that promotes, depicts, encourages, or glorifies dangerous acts, such as amateur stunts, risky challenges, or dares, which may lead to serious injury, death, or property damage. Additionally, we do not tolerate health misinformation that could pose significant risks to well-being.

Terrorism and Extremism:

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards organizations, individuals, or content promoting violence, terrorism, or extremism on our platform. Membership from terrorist organizations, hate groups, criminal organizations, and gangs is strictly prohibited, regardless of the content they share.

Do not:

• Encourage or share instructions to perform dangerous acts.
• Glorify, promote, condone, or express support for terrorist organizations, hate groups, criminal organizations, or gangs.

By adhering to these guidelines, our community actively contributes to fostering a secure environment, preventing the endorsement of harmful activities or ideologies on the GPark platform.

Harassment and Bullying

Maintaining a safe and respectful community is a top priority at GPark. Therefore, we strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or conduct intended to shame, mock, humiliate, harass, threaten, doxx, or bully others across all our features and products. It is crucial not to utilize avatars to harass or stalk others.

The principle of consent is fundamental – whether expressed directly or indirectly, verbally or through gestures. If another user communicates a desire for you to stop, blocks you, or attempts to disengage in Worlds, consider it as a clear indication to cease your behavior.

While we permit critical commentary on public figures and discussions related to matters of public interest, we do not condone serious threats or abusive speech, including sexual harassment, directed at public figures.

Do not:

• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or doxx other users.
• Threaten, blackmail, or coerce other users into revealing personal information or account details.
• Falsely report Community Guideline violations with the intent to harass or threaten other users.
• Attempt, glorify, normalize, or promote sexual harassment or unwanted sexual contact.
• Expose or threaten to expose a person's sexual orientation or gender identity without their consent.
• Mock victims or family members of victims of tragic events involving loss of human lives or human tragedy.

By adhering to these guidelines, our community actively contributes to fostering an environment of respect, understanding, and safety on the GPark platform.

Illegal Activities, Regulated Goods and Services

Maintaining the integrity of our platform and abiding by legal standards is crucial at GPark. Thus, we have strict guidelines regarding illegal activities, regulated goods, and services.

Key Points:

• We prohibit transactions, promotions, or solicitations of illegal or regulated goods and services on our platform.
• Adherence to local laws is mandatory for both GPark and our community members.
• Approval by GPark is required for the sale or transaction of goods and services, irrespective of their legality.

Restricted Items Include, But Are Not Limited To:

1. Drugs and controlled substances.
2. Pharmaceutical drugs.
3. Alcohol/tobacco, including e-cigarettes.
4. Counterfeit goods and services.
5. Human trafficking and human exploitation.
6. Endangered species.
7. Sexual services.
8. Stolen goods.
9. Fraudulent services.
10. Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, bombs (including instructions to make them). Note: Some experiences in World may allow weapons.
11. Personal data and personally identifiable information (e.g., full name, phone numbers, physical addresses, email addresses, unique identifiers, social security information, national identification number, or any other personally identifiable information).

By upholding these guidelines, our community actively contributes to a secure and lawful environment on the GPark platform.

Platform Integrity

Ensuring the integrity and security of our platform is paramount at GPark. While we empower our community with the freedom to express their virtual identity through avatars, we also emphasize the responsibility that comes with this freedom. To maintain the platform's integrity and user safety, we enforce strict guidelines across various areas.

Impersonation:

• GPark celebrates diverse identities but prohibits impersonation with the intent to harm, cheat, or deceive others, especially through abusive, predatory, or financial motives.
• Inappropriate or deceptive interactions that groom, deceive, or lead minors off-platform are strictly banned.
• Accounts impersonating private individuals, NAVER Z employees, or misrepresenting affiliations with any organization are not allowed. Parody and fan accounts of celebrities are acceptable with explicit indication on the profile and username.

Fake Engagement:

• We do not permit content or activities seeking to boost popularity and engagement through artificial, inorganic, or fraudulent means.

Misinformation:

• Harmful or malicious misinformation or disinformation that incites hate, induces panic, undermines civic integrity, causes harm to physical health, or denies tragic events is strictly prohibited. Content with false information is taken down regardless of intent if it has a harmful impact.

Spam, Fraud, and Scams:

• Scams, spams, or any fraudulent tactics to deceive or coerce others, impacting user experience negatively, are not allowed.
• False advertisements, including on ZEM or coin sales and purchases, are strictly forbidden on or off-platform.
• Offers or solicitations to distribute or acquire ZEMs, coins, or Slot goods outside official channels or approved platforms are prohibited.

Platform Security:

• Attempts to compromise the security, reliability, and user experience on our platform, including hacking, distributing harmful files or links, and using automated means to disturb user experience, are strictly prohibited.
• Sharing GPark account information, engaging in activities to defraud or scam others, and introducing cyber security threats are not allowed.

Do not:

• Pretend to be somebody else to mislead or deceive others.
• Engage in activities to boost popularity through fake, inorganic, or inauthentic methods.
• Share harmful false information.
• Trade or acquire GPark virtual goods outside the platform or approved platforms.
• Solicit, promote, offer, or seek Avatar customization services outside official events, partnerships, or projects endorsed by NAVER Z.
• Spam with unwanted messaging, comments, or any commercial or repetitive communications.
• Hack, introduce cyber security threats, or undermine the security and reliability of the GPark platform.
• Share or request GPark login credentials between users.
• Buy, sell, or solicit trading of GPark accounts.

By adhering to these guidelines, our community plays a pivotal role in maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment on the GPark platform.
